摘要
目的比较CT和X线平片对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值,提高对鼻骨正常变异的认识。方法80例鼻骨骨折病人,均做鼻骨CT横断面、冠状面和正侧位X线平片检查。结果CT全部诊断正确,阳性率为100%,X线平片诊断65例,阳性率为81%。80例CT诊断的骨折中,单纯性鼻骨骨折35例(占44%),粉碎性骨折12例(占15%),复合性骨折33例(占41%)。在18例健康志愿者的鼻骨CT检查中,发现2例鼻额缝缝间骨和1例鼻骨尖的“鹰嘴样”变异,其发生率为17%(3/18)。而CT均清晰显示骨折存在;18例健康志愿者中有3例存在不同类型的鼻骨变异。结论CT扫描在鼻骨正常变异和鼻骨骨折诊断中具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To compare the nasal bone diagnostic value of CT scan with X - ray plain film, and enhance the learning to nasal bone normal variation. Methods Eighty cases of patients with nasal bone fracture were collected,all having nasal bone CT films scanned cross - sectionally and coronary - sectionally and lateral radiography. Results All CT films revealed nasal bone fracture correctly ,positive rate was 100% ,and X - ray plain film diagnosed 65 cases, positive rate was 81%. In 80 cases of nasal bone fractures ( account for 44% ), 12 cases of comminuted fractures( account for 15% ) and 33 cases of compound fractures (account for 41% ). In 18 cases of healthy volunteers with nasal bone CT films, two cases of sutural bone in nasal - frons bone suture and one case of "olecranon" variation in apex of nasal bone were found ,incidence was 17% (3/ 18). Conclusion CT scan is the best imaging method in diagnosing nasal bone fracture, better than X -ray plain film. To learn nasal bone normal variation ,we can lessen the misdiagnosis of nasal bone fracture.
