摘要
目的:提高鼻部外伤性骨折的诊治效果.方法:回顾性分析50例鼻部外伤性骨折患者的诊断、整复方法及疗效.结果:治愈41例,好转9例.结论:详细检查(包括常规X鼻骨侧位片)部分患者同时行C T扫描,明确单侧或双侧鼻骨骨折,注意鼻中隔、上颌骨额突有无骨折,鼻骨骨折闭合复位仍然是一种常用的方法,对效果不理想者,需行开放式复位,伴鼻中隔骨折偏曲者需行鼻中隔矫正术.
Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic fracture of the nose.Methods:The diagnosis,recuperation and curative effect of 50 cases of traumatic fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Results:41 cases were cured and 9 cases improved.Conclusion:a detailed check(including the conventional lateral nasal bone slice)some patients line C T scanning at the same time,clear unilateral or bilateral nasal bone fracture,pay attention to the nasal septum,maxillary frontal processes with and without fracture,the nasal bone fracture closed reduction is still a commonly used method,the effect is not ideal,need to open reduction,those with deflection of nasal septum fracture line to the septum diorthosis.
