摘要
小型清筛机挖掘机构所受阻力的分析,多年来都认为其切削阻力和空载阻力很大,而运碴阻力很小.本文通过试验分析液压清筛机挖掘机构的工作情况,提出了道碴间存在着咬合粘聚力,使运碴阻力在挖掘机构的挖掘阻力中所占比重较大的新观点.因挖掘阻力比传统计算方法计算值要大,从而提出了修正运碴阻力的计算方法.
It has been believed for a long time that the cutting resistance and no load resistance of railway ballast cleaning machine is big but resistance of transport ballast is small. In this paper,a new viewpoint is advanced that the resistance of transport ballast is rather big among excavating resistances because there is adherent force between ballasts by analyzing the operation of excavating mechanism of a hydraulic railway ballast cleaning machine. Since excavating resistance is bigger than that calculated by formerly calculating method,a new method for correcting transport resistance is advanced.
