摘要
目的:家兔经耳缘静脉注射(iv)过期三联疫苗-NS.稀释液,造成发热模型。造模后1h,灌胃给予6种角类动物药(牦牛角、水牛角、藏羚羊角、羚羊角、广角、犀角)超细粉后,测定给药后不同时间点的直肠温度,结果表明,牦牛角、水牛角、藏羚羊角、羚羊角、广角、犀角具有一定的解热退热作用。
The model of fever in rabbit was established by i.v. over-due triple-vanccine through the vein in the edge of rabibit ear. one hour later.six super-slender powder prepared from six animal horns (Cornu Bos grunniens Cornu Bubali. Pantholops hodgsoni. Cornu Antelopis. Cornu Rhinoceri. Cornu Rhinoceri Asiatici)were given to the model rabbits orally, and then measure rectal temperature. The results indicated that Cornu Bos grunniens, Cornu Bubali.. Pantholops hodgsoni. Cornu Antelopis. Cornu Rhinoceri. Cornu Rhinoceri Asiatici have antifebdle effects.
