摘要
采用调查法、文献资料法、数量统计法等,对我国体育院系毕业生就业现状及存在的问题进行研究。结果表明:近几年我国体育院系毕业生就业率非常低,在各类院校中排名最后,不到同期大学生整体初次就业率的一半,毕业生出现就业危机、就业困难、就业领域狭窄的特点。我国体育院系的专业设置与课程目标不尽合理,大学生素质缺失,就业制度与人才资源存量增加,是制约这一因素的主要原因,并针对以上问题提出相应对策和建议。
Systematic resoarch has been done on current employment statement and its causes for graduates from PE institutes in China in the way of statistics, documents and typical surveys. Results show that the rate of employment for those graduates is low compared with other majors and ranks the last, below the half of the average rate of the whole. The graduate employment is typical of shortage, difficulty and narrow choice. The causes are that, the profession arrangement and course aim are. not proper, that the graduates are poor talented, and that the employment system and personnel storage are increased. The article raises some corresponding measures and suggestions.
