摘要
本文在分析企业在实施BPR过程中面临的风险因素的基础上,以层次分析法与模糊数学为基础,提出了一种实现业务流程再造风险评价的模型,为企业业务流程再造风险管理提供有效的支持。
The high failure ratio of BPR makes it necessary to evaluate the risks in the process of BPR actualization. The major risks facing BPR actualization are analyzed in this article, following which a model based on AHP and fuzzy theory is established. The model is helpful to the manager in decision-making, and provides an approach to risk management in BPR.
