摘要
目的:建立去感热注射液中钙、游离钙及结合钙的测定方法。方法:利用全自动固相萃取仪及固相萃取小柱对去感热注射液中游离钙及结合钙进行分离,并利用原子吸收分光光度计测定含量。结果:钙离子浓度在2~10 mg·L^(-1)的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为102.9%(n=5),RSD=3.5%。结论:本法较为深入地测定去感热注射液中不同形式存在钙的含量分布状态,该法简便、灵敏、可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Calcium, dissociative Calcium and combinative Calcium in Quganre injection by ASPE - AAS. Methods: Used Auto - Solid Phase Extractor to separate dissociative Calcium and combinative Calcium; used Atomic Absorption Spectrometer to determinate the contents. Results: The linearity of this method was good. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range from 2 to 10 mg·L^-1 (r = 0.9997). The average recovery (n = 5) was 102.9%, RSD = 3.5%. Conclusion: The method accurately determinate the content of different form Calcium in Quganre injection and it is simple, rapid and reliable.
