超声对高血压患者的颈动脉内膜-中层厚度与腹主动脉弹性检测的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测高血压病患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)和腹主动脉弹性,探讨二者之间的关系,以评价高血压病患者大动脉血管的形态和功能状态。方法用高频超声检测60例高血压病患者和30例正常对照组颈总动脉IMT和用M型超声测定腹主动脉弹性,根据IMT值大小将高血压病患者分为三组,分析颈动脉IMT和腹主动脉弹性之间的关系。结果高血压病患者颈动脉IMT值明显高于对照组,高血压病各级之间颈动脉IMT比较亦有显著性差异,随高血压分级增加颈动脉IMT逐渐增厚。IMT值与腹主动脉弹性减退发生率成正比关系。结论高频超声和M型超声对评价高血压病患者动脉粥样硬化具有重要的实用价值。 Objective To detect the intima-media thickness(IMT)of carotid artery and elasticity of abdominal aorta in hypertension patients, so as to explore the relationship between IMT and elasticity. Methods The IMT of carotid artery was measureed by using high-resolution ultrasounds and abdominal aorta elasticity by using M ultrasound in 60 hypertensive patients and 30 healthy subjects matched. The hypertensive patients were devided into 3 groups according to the value of IMT measured. The relationship between IMT of carotid artery and abdominal aorta elasticity was analyzed. Results The IMT in hypertensive proup and the control group were 1.22 mm± 0. 38 mm and 0. 65mm±0. 26mm respectively, and the former was obviously higher than that of the latter,P〈0. 05. There were obvious changes in carotid IMT among different degrees of hypertension. The higher the degree of hypertension the thicker the carotid IMT. Conclusions Ultrasonographic measurement plays an important role in in assessing artherosclerosis in hypertension.
