摘要 介绍了磁性纳米颗粒用于靶向性肿瘤热疗的机制和研究进展,阐述了其优点和需要解决的问题,并展望了其发展前景。 This article reviews the mechanisam and the research develepment of tumor target hyperthermia therapy using magnetic nona-particles. Its superiority and disadvantages which are to be conquered are also advanced here. Prospect along the direction is discussed too.
