摘要
采用新的氟钽酸钾的钠还原工艺并运用掺杂、脱氧、造粒热团化等先进技术制取重量比容为30000μF·V/g钽粉,其化学纯度、物理性能和电气性能优良,经国内外用户试用证明能满足小型化钽电解电容器要求。
A new process for preparing tantalum powder of specific capacitance 30000μF.V/g by potassium fluorotantalate reduction with sodium,doping,deoxidation,granulation and thermal agglomeration is presented.The chemical,physical and electrical properties of the product are also described.
