摘要
概述了制造CMD所采用的工艺过程和原理;检测了CMD样品的主要理化参数;通过CMD与EMD的对比试验,考核了CMD的电性能和高温贮存等性能。试验样品化学纯度高,吸液量大,是典型的γ晶体;以CMD代替或部分代替EMD使用时,电池性能与EMD接近,有利于提高C型电池的贮存性能,使电池的生产成本降低;提高CMD的视密度和深入研究CMD在纸板电池中的工艺适应性,可进一步提高电池的电性能。
Manufacture technical process and principle of CMD were summerized,and the main physics and chemistry parameters were tested. CMD's electricity performance and storage performance under high temperature, and so on, were examined by the contrast test of CMD and EMD.The sample has high chemistry purity,its absorbency of alkali lye is good,and it is a representative γ -crystal.After using CMD only or partially ,the batteries have close performance with batteries used EMD; And storge performance of C type battery is enhanced; Production cost was induced.Improving the volume density of CMD and lucubrating its technics adaptability in filterboard batteries, can inprove the battery electricity performance.
