摘要 采用高邻位酚醛树脂、普通酚醛树脂以及引入少量超细无机晶须填料的酚醛树脂相复合为注塑料的基质,通过配方优选和塑炼工艺优化,制得了高绝缘性快速成型酚醛注塑料。该注塑料可快速成型,其注塑制品具有优异的电绝缘性能及热性能。 The formulation, process condition and performances of phenolic injection molding materials with excellent insulation and fast-curing characteristic are described. Combining the high-ortho phenolic resin, novolac resin and magnesium hydroxide sulfate whisker-phenolic resin composite, choosing suitable formulation as well as optimizing the rolling technology, we successfully obtained a new kind of phenolic injection molding materials with excellent insulation and fast-curing characteristic, and its injection molding products also possess good electrical and heat resistant performances.
