摘要
通过改进的碳酸化方法合成了文石型碳酸钙晶须,并对晶须的形貌特征以及与PP 进行复合的增强特性进行了研究。结果表明:晶须填充体系的力学性能明显高于粒状填充体系,由于碳酸钙晶须的均匀性较好,其对PP 的增强改性效果略好于钛酸钾晶须填充体系。
s Calcium carbonate whisker was prepared by modified carbonate process. The morphology properties of whisker and the characteristic of PP reinforced by whiskers were studied. Compared with the composite filled with light weight calcium carbonate, the mechanical properties of PP filled with whiskers were superior to that of the former. The properties of PP filled with calcium carbonate whiskers were better than that of potassium titanate owing to the uniformity of calcium carbonate whiskers.
