摘要
通过分析中速磨入口一次风量测量误差原因,采用现场标定的方法重新标定中速磨入口机翼风量测量装置的流量系数,然后通过DCS组态修改,确保制粉系统中风粉比自动控制曲线合理准确,使锅炉安全稳定经济运行。
This paper analyzed the reason of the test error about the inlet primary air quality of the medium speed pulverizer, and calibrated the flow coefficient of the aerofoil wind quality gauging apparatus, then modified the DCS eonfigration and ensured the nicety of the powder- air ratio automatic control curve of the milling system. Thesemeasures make sure the boiler operate safely and economically.
