摘要
用3号渔线经颈内动脉阻塞右侧大脑中动脉(MCAO)的方法,造成局灶性脑缺血模型,观察了右侧MCAO后、2小时和4小时大脑皮层各微区脑血流量的动态变化;同时探讨了不同剂量的“微循环Ⅰ号”对局灶性脑缺血后脑皮层微区脑血流量的影响。结果发现:与阻塞前和假手术组比较,右侧顶叶、额叶微区脑血流量在阻塞后、2小时和、4小时均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而左顶叶和额叶无统计学意义(P>0.05),右顶微区脑血流量阻塞后2小时、4小时用药组与MCAO未用药组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果表明右侧大脑中动脉阻塞后右顶叶、额叶微区脑血流量明显降低,说明微循环Ⅰ号能提高右侧脑皮层的血流量。
The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by occluding right middle cere-bral artery(MCAO)with No 3 fishingthread through intercaroid artery in rats,the changes of microre-gional cerebral blood flow(MrCBF)were measured at 2h,4h after MCAO,simutaneously,effects of two kinds of dosage microcirculation No.1 on MrCBF after focal ischemia were observed.Results showed that MrCBF of right parietal lobe and frontal lobe in MCAO group had aparently difference(P<0.05)compared with before and the occlusion and sham operation group respectively,but MrCBF of left pareital lobe and frontal lobe in two kinds of dosage No.1 groups had significantly differnce at 2h,4h after MCAO compared with MCAO group(P<0.05).This experiment suggests that MrCBF of right pareital lobe and fromtal lobe can be significantly decreased after right MCAO and that Microcircu-lation No.1 can increase right MrCBF following the MCAO.
