摘要
在货物的包装、存储及装载过程中,如何提高集装箱的利用率,是提高物流效率的重要环节。针对布局问题,建立积分式分片的数学模型,基于这一模型,提出了一种虚拟布局模式的积分式分片算法:引入虚体的概念,虚构以某种模式将集装箱布局完毕,再把已布局完毕的集装箱切割成若干薄片,然后根据薄片的分类信息建立规划模型,以虚体的总体积最小为目标,获得集装箱布局模式的最优解。运用VC++编程完成一仿真模拟系统,以应用实例证明了算法的正确性与可行性。
It's an important problem that how to enhance capacity of container in the course of packing,loading and storage.Based on integral slice mathematical model aiming at layout problem,an integral slice algorithm for virtual layout is provided in this paper.The new concept of virtual solid is introduced and then slicing a container layout,a container layout model is set up by minimizing virtual solid total and thus an optimal solution is obtained.An emulation system compiled by VC++ is developed in this paper.The algorithm is proved feasible by application examples.
