摘要
自主学习是与被动的、机械的学习相对应的一种积极的、主动的学习方式,与其说它是一种学习方式,倒不如说它是一种学习能力。随着时代的急剧变化,作为社会主体的成人是否具有自主学习能力越来越受到了人们的关注。对成人自主学习的含义、可能性、必要性及成人如何有效地进行自主学习作了阐述,以期对成人的学习有所帮助。
Independent learning is contrary to passive,mechanical leaming,whieh is an active pattem. It is not so much a learning approach as a learning capacity. With the rapid changes of this era, the independent learning ability of the adult is concerned by our community more and more. This article discusses the question of adult independent learning interpretation, the possibility and necessity as well as how to effectively conduct a study independently, to help the adult to leam.
