摘要
研究了高固体分丙烯酸树脂合成过程中,引发剂、相对分子质量调节剂、反应温度,溶剂量等工艺条件对树脂相对分子质量及其分布的影响,合成了相对分子质量分布窄,粘度适中的高固体分、高羟基丙烯酸树脂,用异氰酸酯固化剂固化后,其性能与国外同类产品相仿。
The influences of initiator, molecular weight regulator, reactive temperature, solvent quantity and technological conditions upon the molecuJar weight and molecular weight distribution of the resin were studied during the synthesis of the high solid acrylic resin. A high hydroxyl acrylic resin with narrow molecular weight distribution, moderate viscosity and high solid content was synthesized, of which property was similar to the foreign similar of product after cure by isocyanate hardener.
