摘要
用丙烯酸(AA)对魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)进行化学改性,以硫酸为催化剂,当AA与KGM的质量比为3.82∶1时,反应温度在45°C,反应时间为4 h,其取代度(DS)最高为0.767。实验结果表明:改性后KGM,其成膜性有明显改善,并有明显的抑菌效果。对改性后的KGM进行热重分析,其分解温度下降,说明其更易分解,作为可降解膜材料使用在环保上更有前途。
The optimum conditions for modification of konjac glucomannan (KGM) by acrylic acid under acidic conditions were determined. The reaction was carried out with m(acrylic acid) : m(KGM) = 3.82:1 at 45 ℃ for 4 h to attain the highest degree of esterification (DS) 0.767%. The results showed that m-konjac glucomannan (m-KGM) possesses excellent filming characteristics when DS is higher than 0.7. The TG curve of m-KGM indicated that the disaggregation temperature of m-KGM is lower than KGM which displays far-ranging future in disaggregation materials of environmental interest.
