乳腺癌保乳术后的部分乳腺加速放疗
摘要
由于保乳治疗后局部复发主要出现在邻近瘤床的部位,所以人们提出了部分乳腺加速放疗的概念,它可以通过多种现代放射治疗技术来实现。现综述部分乳腺加速放疗技术的理论基础、技术手段、研究现状及未来的展望。
