摘要
目的检测慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞TCRαβ和TCRγδ的表达,评价慢性乙型肝炎患者的细胞免疫状态,并初步探究随病情发展TCRαβ和TCRγδ表达率的变化趋势。方法流式细胞术测定38例慢性乙型肝炎、14例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者淋巴细胞中TCRαβ、TCRγδ的表达率。结果TCRαβ在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的表达率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。慢性乙型肝炎各组之间TCRαβ的表达率比较:重度组和乙型肝炎肝硬化组表达率显著低于轻度组(P<0.01,P<0.01),乙型肝炎肝硬化组显著低于中度组(P<0.05)。而TCRγδ在慢性乙型肝炎各组之间比较以及与正常对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞中TCRαβ表达能力显著低于正常人,并随病情进展,其表达能力逐渐降低,提示慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞免疫功能下降。
Objective The purpose of this study is to test the expression of TCRαβ and TCRγδ of peripheral hloed lymphocytes in CHB patients to evaluate patients＇s cellular immunity, preliminary seek the changeable trend of their expression with discase progress.Methods The expression of TCRαβ , TCRγδ of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 38 CHB and 14 eases liver cirrhosis patients were detected by Flow Cytometer. Ressykts TCRαβ expression in CHB patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls（ P 〈 0.01）. Its expression in severe group and cirrhosis group were significantly lower than that in mild group（ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ）, its expression in cirrhosis group was significantly lower than that in moderate, group（ P 〈 0.05）. The TCRγδ expression in CHB patients was not significantly different from that in normal controls（P 〉 0.05）,so as those in different stages of CHB patients（ P 〉 0.05） .Conclusion TCRαβ expression of peripheral blood lymphocytes in CHB patients was significantly lower than healthy individuals,it was gradually decreasing with the disease progress. It means that the immune function of T cell in peripheral blood of CHB patients decreased.
