摘要
探讨慢性重症肝炎(CSH)实验室指标变化与预后的关系。采用BECKMAN CX3测定720例CSH患者的血清钠,采用CA530测定凝血四项,采用日立7170A全自动生化分析仪测定患者的血糖、Tch及肝功能等实验室指标;比较上述指标变化与预后的关系。重度低钠血症、低血糖、凝血功能异常、肝功能改变患者的病死率均显著高于轻度改变者。上述改变多发生于CSH晚期。CSH患者实验室指标改变和严重程度与其预后呈正相关。
To detect the relationship between the prognosis and the movement of index of lab with chronic severe hepatitis. BECKMAN CX3 was used to determine the NA in blood serum, CA530 was used to set out the target of cruor and 7170 A was used to detect the blood sugar cholesterol and liver function in 720 patients with chronic severe hepatitis. Then it was compared that the connection between the prognosis and the change of those above index. The death rate was higher in the patients with lowest blood Na, sugar, the target of cruor and liver function then in ones with lightly change. These alters often occur in the afternoon of chronic severe hepatitis. It is positive correlation that the prognosis and the movement of index of lab with chronic severe hepatitis.
