摘要
为了进一步提高选择性激光烧结(Selective Laser Sintering,SLS)设备的可靠性和故障消除的及时性、准确性,运用基于故障树分析法和基于规则相结合的方法,开发了SLS设备的状态监测与故障诊断专家系统。通过大量试验表明,该系统使设备的可靠性、消除故障的及时性和准确性提高到了95%以上。
In order to improve the reliability and eliminate the faults timely and exactly, the expert system for state detection and fault diagnosis by fault tree analysis and rule is developed. According to lots of experiments, it shows that the system will improve the reliability and eliminate the faults timely and exactly by more than 95 %.
