摘要
《治安管理处罚法》授予了警察大量的自由裁量权,同时,对警察自由裁量权的控制也有许多新的措施和办法。尽管如此,在警察自由裁量的授予与控制方面,仍有不少问题,拟就《治安管理处罚法》中的警察自由裁量权作初步探讨。
Public Security and Punishment Regulations grant policemen plenty of independent judgment rights, but also stipulates many specific measures and methods taken by policemen. There are still some problems in judgment rights, so the writer will have a brief discussion about them.
