摘要
针对当前高校体育健康教育中存在的问题,提出做好体育健康教育的思路,并通过高校体育健康教育实践,总结出高校体育健康教学工作的建议。
In this paper, according as the issue of Physical ＆ Health Education in Higher Institutions, writer puts forward innovative views in Physical ＆ Health Education, then elaborates on the practice of Physical ＆ Health Education in Higher Institutions in detail .At last the writer conclude some suggestion on Physical ＆ Health Education.
