摘要
东南亚英语是一种英语变体,正如名称所示,它是东南亚国家和地区的英语,是该地区的前英国殖民地的第二语言。闽粤方言作为主要的底层语言,影响了东南亚英语的生成与发展,使其在语音、词汇、语法等方面的一些常见特点与英美等国的英语有很大差别。对闽粤方言和东南亚英语变体的语言接触和文化融合的研究,有着其独特的视角及意义。
The English of Southeast Asia is a variety of English which is used in the Southeast countries or areas as the second language of former English colony. The dialects of Fujian and Guangdong, as a main first language, affected the growth and development of the English of Southeast Asia, and formed lots of differences from English in England and the United States on phonetics, words, grammar and so on. It is very significant to study the dialects of Fujian and Guangdong, languages contact and cultures mixing in the variety of English of Southeast Asia.
