摘要
用pH电位滴定法测定了不同温度下Cu(Ⅱ)与五种氨基酸水杨醛席夫碱及ATP形成的三元配合物的稳定常数,发现lgk与pk2之间存在很好的线性自由能关系。研究了三元配合物中配体间的疏水缔合作用及芳环堆积效应,探讨了温度对三元配合物稳定性的影响,证明了熵增是疏水缔合作用及芳环堆积效应的主要推动力。
The stability constants of ternary complexes of N-salicylideneaminio acid and ATP with Cu(Ⅱ) at 15℃, 25℃, and 35℃ were determined by pH method. The linear free energy relationship(LFBR) exists nicely between lgk and pk2 of N-Salicylideneaminlo acid at the same temperature. The stability of both binary complexes and temary complexes decreased with the increasing of temperature, but the effects of temperature on binary complexes were greater than on ternary complexes. The hydrophobic interaction and aromatic-ring stacking effects between ligands in the ternary complexes were studied. It has been found that the increasing of entropy is the major reason for both hydrophobic interaction and aromatic-ring stacking effect.
