摘要 以醛、胺及膦酸二乙酯为原料,微波辐射3min^5min,高产率地一锅合成了一系列的1-氨基烷基膦酸酯。其结构经1HNMR,IR和元素分析表征。 A serious of 1-aminoalkyl phosphonates were synthesized with high yield by a one-pot reaction of aldehydes, amines and diethyl phosphone under microwave irradiation for 3 min^5 min without using any catalysts and solvent.
