摘要
介绍一种压力机机架上横梁的有限元分析,采用数值计算中的有限元理论,模拟满载荷作用下压力机机架上横梁应力分布状态。主要解决同种材料间接触问题的强度分析,运用ANSYS软件功能。采用上下接触面节点对应的耦合方式,根据实际要求,限制相应自由度,使之具有相同的位移,加载计算,得出结构的应力分布,满足强度要求。
Finite element analysis for the upper crossbeam of a kind of press frame was introduced. By adopting the finite element theory in numerical value computation to ,simulate the stress distribution state of upper crossbeam of press frame under the affection of full loading. Utilizing the function of ANSYS software to solve mainly the strength analysis for the contact problem between materials of the same kind. By adopting the coupling manner with a correspondence of nodes on upper and lower contacting surfaces and in accordance with the actual requirements to restrict the corresponding degree of freedom so as to let them be of the same displacement. The structural stress distribution obtained by means of loading calculation showed that it could satisfy the strength requirement.
