摘要
在回顾人力资本理论相关观点基础上,从人力资本理论这一角度分析我国高校扩招政策的原因、实践效果及困境,最后提出了提高资源使用效率,加大投入以实现教育与经济协调发展的建议。
This paper, based on human capital theory, analyzes a series of factors in China＇s college expansion, namely the causes, the practice, and the predicament. It is accordingly suggested that resources ought to be used more effectively, and more fund is required to balance the development of education and economy.
