摘要
用自制的2种多酶组分、高酶活力的复合酶制剂,在水浴40℃条件下,设置了不同pH缓冲液(pH3.5,4.8和6.0),不同酶解时间(0.5,6,12,24h),酶解大麦、玉米、豆粕3种植物性饲料的试验研究。结果表明:①添加酶制剂的酶解还原糖得率均高于不加酶处理,不同酶制剂和不同饲料间存在较大差异;②酶解反应12h时,3种饲料的还原糖得率均达到最高;③大麦、玉米在缓冲液pH4.8条件下酶解效果最好,而豆粕在pH4.8和6.0时没有明显差异。
Enzyme hydrolysis experiments of 3 crop feedstuffs viz barley, corn, bean cake by two recombination enzyme preparations which are multi-enzymes and high activity prepared by the research group were carried out, under the condition of waterbath temperature 40Yd with different pH damping fluids (pH 3.5, 4.8 and 6.0) and different enzymolysis time (0.5, 6, 12, 24h). The results showed that:①Reducing sugar with enzyme preparation treatment is higher than that without enzyme treatment. There is a big difference between various enzyme preparations and crop feedstuffs. ②Reducing sugar of 3 crop feedstuffs for 12h enzymolysis response are thehighest. ③Enzymolysises of both barley and corn under the condition of damping fluid pH 4.8 are better, but there is no distinct difference for bean cake under the condition of damping fluid pH 4.8 and pH 6.0.
