ABCG5和ABCG8与胆固醇代谢关系的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 ABCG5和ABCG8是三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体家族成员,在内质网中形成异二聚体后并于细胞浆膜顶端表达,参与胆固醇和植物固醇的吸收及胆汁分泌,基因表达受到LXR/RXR、FXR、PXR、LHR1等的调控;与β谷固醇血症有关,并且是小鼠致石基因Lith9的候选基因。
