影响民营企业可持续发展的因素主要有企业制度创新、管理创新、技术创新以及企业文化的创新等方面。企业制度创新是影响民营企业可持续发展的关键因素。一方面,企业制度决定企业机制,机制决定企业的竞争力,竞争力决定企业的发展,另一方面,制度创新对企业的管理创新、技术创新以及文化创新能力的提升和发展产生重大的影响。
The factor that affects the sustainable development of private enterprise is many, but we can sum up it, wait for four aspects for the innovation of enterprise system innovation, management innovation, technical innovation as well as corporate culture. Author thinks that enterprise system innovation is the crucial factor that affects the sustainable development of private enterprise. On the one hand enterprise system decision enterprise mechanism, mechanism decision the competition ability of enterprise, competition ability decisions the development of enterprise. On the other hand, the management innovation of system innovation for enterprise, technical innovation as well as the promotion of cultural innovation ability and development produce significant influence.
