摘要
“无政府状态”和“安全困境”是妨碍各国深化安全合作的主要障碍,然而,由于对其性质和程度的看法不同,西方国际关系各主流学派对国际安全合作认识也不尽相同。“联盟”、“制度化安全合作”和“安全共同体”是新现实主义、新自由主义和建构主义从不同的理论视角出发,对国际安全合作所做的不同阐释。三大学派对国际安全合作的不同解读,为我们探索以合作促安全的安全战略提供了多层面的、丰富的启迪。
Anarchy and security dilemma are considered the main handicaps of security cooperation, but because of the different opinions to their qualities and degrees, the main schools of western international relations have different attitudes to security cooperation. Alliance, international system and security community are the different comprehension to security cooper- ation in the main schools of western international relation theories. In fact, their opinions do not entirely conflict each other, the different unscrambles have provided abundant edifications for our cooperation security stratagem.
