摘要
冷战结束后,非传统安全问题开始大量涌现。与世界其他地区相比,东亚面临着众多的非传统安全问题。各国经过一系列的合作,虽然已取得了较明显的成果,但也存在着一些问题。从理论上分析,东亚在非传统安全领域的合作是必要的、可行的。中国在这一进程中大有可为。
After the Cold War,Non-Traditional Security(NTS)problems began to emerge largely. Compared with the other areas of the world,a great many NTS problems are facing East Asia. Some countries initiated a series of cooperations,and have reaped remarkable fruits,but some questions still remain. Theoretically speaking,it is necessary and feasible for the East Asian countries to cooperate in the NTS areas. Also, there is no denying the fact that China can play a very important role.
