摘要
学校安全事故的频繁发生及其严重后果使学校安全问题成为了社会关注的热点。学校安全事故产生的原因是多方面的,归纳起来可以从校舍设备、制度与管理、安全文化三个校内因素以及家庭、社会和不可抗力三个校外因素加以分析,解决的对策则是要全方位地为学校安全提供物质保证、制度保证、文化保证、家教保证和社会保证。
The frequent occurrence and serious consequence of school safety accidents make the school safety problem become the focus of society concernment. Though the reasons of school safety accidents are manifold, they can be reduced to three factors in school （schoolhouse and facih＇ty, system and management, safety culture） and three factors out of school （family, society and force majeure） to analyze. The countermeasure is to avoid these factors by providing school with material assurance,institutional assurance, cultural assurance, family educational assurance and social assurance.
