摘要
观察并分析包括自芝麻和杂色芝麻等8个典型的栽培品种,体细胞染色体数为:2n=2x=26;染色体组型形式为:2n=2x=16m(1SAT)+10sm。但白芝麻染色体 Giemsa C-带带型为:2n=26=CITOW 型=8C+10CI_++4CT_++20+2W;而杂色芝麻为:2n=26=CITOW 型=8C+8CI_++6CT_++2O+2W。在此基础上提出芝麻细胞遗传学的分类体系.
A new taxonomic system was established by cytogenetic method based upon the similarity and dissimilarity between karyotypes and that betwe- en chromosome Giemsa C-banded patterns with 8 cultivars of sesame including white and varied as materials.The investigated results show that the Genus Sesamum(Sesamum L.)has only one cultispecies i.e.sesame(Sesamumindicum L.) named by Linnaeus firstly and the two subspecies may be divided as white se- same(sesamum indicnm ssp.indicnm)and varied sesame(Sesamum indicum ssp.or ientale)
