摘要
以小麦苗为材料，通过一些生物化学与分子生物学操作获得总RNA。其条带整齐、清晰，OD260／OD280在1．93～2．06之间，RT-PCR检测PCR产物在500bp处。这些结果表明提取的总RNA质量很好，纯度很高，完整性很好，且适用于cDNA文库的构建、Northern印迹及mRNA差异显示等下一步工作。
The total RNA from wheat seedling was extracted by some operation of biochemistry and molecular biology. Its strip was neat and distinct. The value of OD260nm/OD280nm falls in the range from 1.93 to 2.06. The product of PCR is in 500bp by RT-PCR checking. These results showed that the total RNA isolated was of very good quality, very high purity and very good integrity, and it can be used for the construction of cDNA library, Northern blotting and mDNA DDRT-PCR and so on.
