摘要
介绍了1149.6标准涉及的直流耦合、交流耦合、差分信号等可检测信号的类别及各种耦合连接终端,并给出了故障测试参考表以进行故障的判定;差分信号与单端信号相比大大提高了信号的传输速度和抗噪能力,因此对差分交流耦合电路的检测十分关键;而IEEE 1149.6边界扫描标准的重点,就在于可以对系统内部及集成电路内部交流耦合差分电路进行制造工艺缺陷的测试,尤其是可以对电容耦合及不同网络相耦合的通路进行故障检测;最后通过表格给出了交流耦合差分电路故障的多种表现形式及判定方法。
Differential signaling is often used to increase signaling speeds and noise immunity , compared to single-ended signaling, the standard of 1149.6 improves the ability for testing differential and ac-coupled intereonnections between integrated circuits on circuit boards and systems. This article contains tutorial discussions of AC coupling, differential signaling, and the effects of defects in such circuits needed to understand advanced I/O testing technology.
