摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石（URSL）在治疗输尿管结石中的应用.方法分析57例62支输尿管结石行USRL的临床资料.结果62支输尿管结石中56支治疗成功,成功率90.3%,上段、中下段输尿管结石治疗成功率分别为62.5%和94.4%.术后随访1周～3月,碎石排出率为%.4%.结论经输尿管镜URSL治疗输尿管结石安全、微创、高效.输尿管镜的置入和结石相对固定是碎石成功的关键,术后均应放置内支架引流管.
Objective To explore the clinical effects of lithotripsy with ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral stone. Methods The data of 57 cases with ureteral stone treated by lithotripsy with ureteroscope were analyzed retrospectively, Results The total successful rate was 90.3 % （ 56/62 ）. While the rate of upper segment and middle - lower segment was 62.5 % and 94.4 respectively. The fellow - up showed that the free rate of stone was 96.4 % in three month after the operation. Conclusions URSL with ureteroscope is a safe, less invasive and effective treatment method for ureteral stone. The placement of ureteroscope and the relative fixation of stone were the key for sueccessful operation. The ureteral tent is necessary after the operation.
