Determination of Lead in Human Hair of Different Regions by FAAS

摘要 从某市不同区域高校学生(男性,年龄19—23岁)中,收集了l80份健康人的头发样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其铅的含量,结果表明市中心区域人发中铅的含量高于郊区人发中铅的含量。检出限为0.01μg·mL-1。 180 human hair samples of .healthy people form the university students (male 19-23years old) of different regions in a city were collected. The amount of lead was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). It is found that the ones from city center contain higher lead than that form suburb.
