摘要
本工作合成了几种不同组成的嵌段聚醚酯,用作抗静电改性剂与聚酰胺-6共混;研究了共混物的流变性和可纺性,在普通螺杆纺丝机上纺丝,初生纤维经拉伸得到了成品丝;选出了合适的共混改性剂的组成和用量,得到了基体-原纤型结构形态的纤维。测试结果表明:纤维的力学性能与纯锦纶-6基本相同;回潮率明显提高;体积比电阻为10~9~10^(10)Ω·cm,比纯锦纶-6下降2~3个数量级;静电衰减半衰期为1.5s,仅为纯锦纶-6的1/40左右;经5~20次洗涤后,抗静电性基本不变。
In this work, several kinds of block polyether ester(BPEE) with
different constitution are synthesized. It has been used as antistatic
modifier to blend with polyamide-6 chips for preparing antistatic PA-6
fibre. The rheological properties and spinnability of the blends are studied.
The polymer blends have been spun into filament by using ordinary screw
type spinning machine. The suitable constitution of the modifier and the
suitable content of blend are found for obtaining qualified antistatic PA-6
fibre. The morphological structure and the physico-mechanical properties of
the fibre are determined.
