摘要
大众化高等教育的质量观和质量保障问题是教育界关注的热点问题,亟待研究和解决。只有正确处理好教育规模与教育质量的关系,以质量求生存、求发展,高等教育才能可持续发展。高等教育的质量观应该与时俱进、具有现实意义,不能沿用过去精英教育的单一质量观,需建立多样化的质量观。要保障大众化高等教育的质量,必须建立完善的教学质量保障体系。
Higher education in China is now gradually identifying with the masses and meeting their needs; therefore, to achieve high quality becomes the focus of attention. It should be studied and solved immediately. Only when the relationship between the scale and the quality, which determines survival and development of a university, is properly dealt with, can higher education develop sustainably. The quality of higher education should not be assessed by the elite--oriented standard as before. In view of the reality, the standard of quality should be diversified and keep up with the changes of the society. At the same time, a well--organized teaching quality guarantee system should be set up.
