摘要
成长为反思型教师是教育创新对教师提出的要求,本文旨在探讨作为实习教师如何及早进入角色、培养自我反思能力、促进自身专业化发展,以适应新时期对教师发展的要求。
Fostering a self - reflection teacher is the request of education creation. This essay aims to discuss as a student - chemical teacher on how to enter the role and train the ability of self - reflections so as to promote the development of one' s profession and adapt to the new period requirements for the teacher.
