摘要
对４５例无心血管疾病临床表现的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行了心脏导钠血流图的检测，并将检测结果与２１例正常人相比较．结果发现：ＳＶ，ＣＯ，ＣＩ，ＤＩ值均较正常人明显降低；ＰＥＰＩ明显延长；ＬＶ，ＥＴＺ缩短、ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ比值及ＴＰＲ均明显提高，提示无心脏病临床表现的糖尿病患者确有左心功能受损存在及血管外周阻力明显增高．对１７例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行治疗前后的自身对照，也发现少数指标有明显好转，提示早期有效地控制代谢异常，改善血液流变学，将有助于糖心病的防治．
Cardiac natrium conductivity blood flow diagrams were measured for 45 cases ofNIDDM patients who had no clinical manifestation of cardiovascular diseases. When comparedwith that of 21 normal persons,the results obviously revealed the reduction of numerical valuesSV,CO,CI and DI,extension of PEPI,shortening of LV and ETZ,rate of PEP/LVET andincrease of TPR,suggesting that there existed left cardiac function damage and resistant aug-mentation of peripheral blood vessel in diabetics with no clinical symptoms. A few improved in-dexes were also observed in 17 NIDDM patients whose cases were contrasted before and aftertreatment.All this implies that the early control of metabolic abnormity and improvement ofhemorrheology will be beneficiaI to the prevention and treatment of diabetic heart diseases.
