摘要
实验观察生脉散对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,生脉散能使由脑缺血-再灌注诱发的脑含水量增加明显减轻,Na ̄+潴留显著改善,K ̄+向细胞外移出明显减少,LDH和CPK释放大大减少,脑组织内LA积聚水平明显减少,MDA含量显著减少(均P<0.01)。实验证明,生脉散对脑缺血-再灌注诱发的脑损伤有明显的保护作用。
The protective effect of shenmaisan on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were observed in ex-perimental rats.The result showed that after the treatment with shenmaisan the cerebral water and Na+content were lowered,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine phosphokinase(CPK)released from brainduring cerebral reperfusion suppressed(P<0. 01,P<0.01),lactate and malondialdehyde(MDA) level de-creased(P<0. 01,P<0.01).These results indicate that Shenmaisan is effective in protecting the rat fromcerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Its mechenism was related to the inhibition of brain edema,intracellu-lar eiizymes release,lactate accumulation and lipid-preoxidation.
