摘要
目的:探讨综合治疗屈光性调节性内斜视的效果及其相关因素。方法:对随机收集150例屈光性调节性内斜视病儿的综合治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:经5年随访,138例(92.7%)维持正常眼位,150例中有145只弱视眼,治愈139眼(95.8%),进步6眼(4.13%),总有效率100%。结论:及时对屈光性调节性内斜视病儿进行综合治疗,建立和恢复其双眼单视功能,预后较好。
Objective：To study the effects of the combining therapy for refractive accommodative esotropia （RAET） and its related factor.Methods：150 sich children with RAET were randomly selected and the effects of combing therapy were analysed retrospectively. Results：Teh follow-up period was 5 years,138 cases（92.7%） maintained normal ocular position.145 eyes in 150 cases of RAET were amblyopia, among them 139 eyes（95.8%） were cured,6 eyes（4.1%）were improvement, the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：The combining therapu has good effects for RAET,it can help the patients to recover the binocular single vision,with good prognosis.
