安徽省大豆疫病病原鉴定及生物学特性研究 被引量:2

On identification and biological characteristics of the causal organism of Phytophthora root rot of soybean in Anhui

摘要 自安徽蒙城大豆疫病病株上分离得到2个疫霉菌株,对其培养性状、形态特征、生理特性等方面进行了鉴定研究。结果表明,2个菌株均为同宗配合的,雄器绝大多数侧生,偶见围生;孢子囊无乳突,不具脱落性,内层出;最高生长温度35°C,最低生长温度高于7°C,对孔雀绿敏感;对大豆具有致病性。根据研究结果,参照主要疫霉分类检索表,将上述菌株鉴定为大雄疫霉大豆专化型(P hy tophthora m eg asp erm af.sp.g ly cinea)。据此初步认为大雄疫霉大豆专化型是引致安徽蒙城大豆疫病的病原菌。 Two Phytophthora isolates were obtained from the root rot of soybean collected from Mengcheng County in Anhui Province, and their cultural characters, morphology, physiological characteristics were investigated, respectively. The results showed that two isolates were homothallic, with antheredia mostly paragynous, amphigynous in the minority. There was no papillate and no pedical of the sporangia, which was not deciduous in the water. The maximum temperature for mycelial growth in culture was 35℃ and minimum temperature was above 7℃. They were sensitive to malachite green and pathogenic to soybean, According to the results and the main tabular keys to the identification of the species of Phytophthora, two isolates were identified as P. megasperrna f, sp. glycinea, which was suggested to be the pathogenic organism causing root rot of soybean in Mengcheng, Anhui.
