摘要
目的:探讨口内入路钻凿法截骨矫治下颌角肥大的临床治疗效果。方法:采用口内切口,以拟缩进的下颌角为基点设计弧形截骨线,在其外侧用牙钻高速钻透并凿除下颌骨,然后沿弧线磨削残端骨面,矫治下颌角肥大。结果:自2002年以来完成手术106例,患者下颌角肥大均得到矫正。随访1年,效果良好。结论:口内入路钻凿法截骨能安全有效地矫治下颌角肥大,是一种简单易行的好方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of osteotomy by drilling and chipping through intra-oral approach in correction of prominent mandibular angle （PMA）. Methods Osteotomy by drilling and chipping for prominent mandibular angle was designed according to the point of new, post-operated mandibular angle and then the operation was performed through intra-oral approach. After osteotomy, stumping mandible was shaved in order to make the lower face consequently in harmony with the upper and middle face. Results Since 2002, the method has produced good results in correction of prominent mandibular angle in 106 patients. Oneyear follow-up suggested that our therapeutic results had been generally satisfactory. Conclusion Osteotomy by drilling and chipping through intra-oral approach is a simple, safe and easy-to-follow method in correction of prominent mandibular angle.
