摘要
下颌角肥大影响下脸部外形。以往的口内截骨术去骨不彻底,而口外截骨术又会留下面部较长瘢痕,影响美观。解决此问题,改用口内外联合进路的下颌角截骨术,既能精确而彻底地截骨,又避免了下颌部的瘢痕,手术安全,共施术5例效果良好。
Mandibular angle protrusion may cause excessive width of the mandible and a disproportion of the face.A new method was introduced to reseet the protruding mandibular angle through a combined external and intraoral approach.Good results were received in 5 cases.This operation avoided extenal scar and the danger of damage to the marginal nerve.
